Have you ever had a business coach or expert come into your company to improve how the teams work together to become more productive?  To improve that ever important bottom line? If you have, chances are you would’ve heard them talking about getting the basics right, the fundamentals rather than just focusing on the nuances. 

For example they’d be looking to understand:
- what your job is (and isn't).

- what your focus is.

- your goal(s).

- who you can turn to for help and advice.

- if you have the support of all your team.

- if you are all working as a team to achieve said goal(s).

They’ll stress that:
- it's crucial to be in a happy and health environment.

- you'll be heard and not judged if you feel your direction is heading wayward.

- it’s important you're not being pushed to a point of breakdown or burnout.

Now I’m not a corporate guy, but I do have my own business, and in my view if a company has ticked the above boxes, my guess is that that company will run successfully and be successful.
