Is RICE (Rest ice Compress elevate) the best method for healing?
Are you sure what you’re doing is correct when you have an injury like a swollen joint? The RICE concept may or may not be the best go to for healing your body.

As a side note remember to move often folks! Moving muscles works your lymphatic system to flush out toxins. Think about that when you’re next sitting still for hours on end when you had other options available to you!
