Get better shoulder function

The shoulder pain is right up there with other common issues like back and knee pain. This isn’t necessarily because we use the shoulders as much as we do the back and the knees and thus wear them out prematurely. One of the reasons is because the shoulder joint has the largest range of motion of joints in the body and a small amount of room in the joint in which to move leaving little room for misalignment. Another reason is actually the lack of movement with which the shoulder joint is used in it’s full ROM (range of motion). Think about how much time you have your arm overhead in the day or behind you. For some, it adds up to just seconds or a couple of minutes, on a good day.
