My Shopping List
We all need convenience... and my client's always ask me what I buy in my shopping trips. Surely I buy packaged foods right?! Well yes, BUT they are 'considered choices'.
Here’s a list of some packaged foods my family and I buy on occasions, they are mixed in with small local brands, and carefully selected organic brands.
They may not suit everyone but for me they can be good alternatives with the least amount of unfavourable ingredients like preservatives, chemicals, ingredients we try to avoid and so on.
